The Dorothea chair won the 2020 GOOD DESIGN® Award, an award presented by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies. The Dorothea collection combines a design with essential character with the iconic guinea cane weave. The entire family consists of a chair, armchair, stool, and lounge, made of ash wood with a backrest stuffed inside a wooden frame and a seat upholstered in a double layer of leatherette. The thickness of the leatherette is laminated to the underlying canvas to provide the seat with an excellent hold.
